Together we can change children's lives
The aftermath of COVID-19 will be felt for generations to come. Creating a financial hole of £1,000,000 for Railway Children, at a time when our support is needed most.  

We believe in a world where no child ever has to live on the streets. Children run away or are forced to leave homes where they suffer poverty, violence, abuse and neglect. They find themselves living on the streets because there is nowhere else to go and nobody to turn to.

Railway Children work to reach children as soon as they arrive on the streets and intervene before an abuser can.

Dubbed ‘the railway’s answer to Children in Need’, Rail Aid invites all of UK Rail to unite and fundraise in support of the vital life-saving work of Railway Children.  For a donation of just £2 per ticket, you can be in with a chance of winning one of four fantastic raffle prizes:

  • A Peloton Bike Works package (worth £1,995) personally donated by Kevin Cornils, Peloton UK Managing Director.
  • A fabulous Great Rail Journeys Highland Adventure holiday for two (worth £1,390) kindly donated by Great Rail Journey
  • 1 x All Line Rover (14 Days) Standard Class (worth £818) kindly donated by Rail Delivery Group

Railway Children

Railway Children believes in a world where no child has to live on the streets. We work in India, Tanzania and the UK to transform the futures of vulnerable children who are found in danger on the streets or transport networks. We provide immediate protection from danger and give long-term support to the child and their family to help tackle the issues that led them to place themselves in danger. We also work within communities and with governments to help strengthen societies and make them a safer place to be for vulnerable children.
