After seeing the devastating events in Afghanistan this summer Alice and Imo decided to run an online raffle for Women for Refugee Women, a charity that supports and empowers women who have sought asylum in the UK. All the prizes have been donated by female business owners, creatives, and entrepreneurs. We are extremely proud to be raising money for such a brilliant charity and have been overwhelmed by the brilliant women who have agreed to donate prizes to the raffle. Women for Refugee Women supports women who are seeking refuge to rebuild their lives and communicate their own needs and stories. To make change, women’s voices need to be heard. Through a programme of empowerment activities, they support a network of over 300 refugee and asylum-seeking women to develop their confidence and skills.
