Lego Technic Mack Anthem collectable Lego, kindly donated and pre-loved by Ben.
"Ben was initially diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2014 aged 32 and whilst in the RUH undergoing treatment came across RUHX (Formerly known as Forever Friends) as it was then and vowed to take on the ‘Walk of Life Challenge ‘ once he had finished treatment. At the same time deciding to join the Warminster & District Fundraising Group. He completed his first walk in May 2016 , this inspired him to help at fundraising events from which he gained a lot of enjoyment and friendship along with invaluable support from other members. Unfortunately in 2018 Ben lost his fight and very sadly passed away. He had always loved Lego from a very early age and left behind a legacy of many models he had built. We would therefore like to donate this lorry in hope that it will help raise much needed funds for equipment for Cancer Services for Royal United Hospitals Bath.“ - Sally & Peter, Parents of Ben
