We are Guideposts Trust. Our mission is to ensure no-one is left behind.

Our charity supports people with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and dementia to overcome social inequalities and lead a more independent and fulfilling life.

The people we support fall between the cracks. Their needs are often not so critical as to qualify for support from the health or social services, and yet, unsupported, they can easily fall into crisis.

We believe that everyone should be equally valued and have an equal chance to a fulfilling life. Unfortunately, accessibility, stigma, anxiety, care requirements, and finances make many aspects of ‘normal’ life inaccessible to the people we support. We do our best to help overcome these obstacles.
