Batanga, born in the heart of Tequila, is made using 100% blue Weber agave with traditional, old-world methods, that have been used for generations. Our jimadors hand-harvest the agave piñas from the agave fields, which are then cooked in traditional style masonry brick ovens, imparting nuances of cinnamon, clove and other warming spices from the delicate process of caramelizing sugars. The ‘mosto’ released is then fermented and double distilled, giving Batanga the crisp, bright finish that has won the hearts of people near and far.

In Ancient Mexico the Gods sent down a lightning bolt to strike the heart of the agave plant and tequila was born. Black Fire combines three of earth’s most powerful natural highs, tequila, coffee and chilli. Infused, these make the ultimate hit.

Unusual tastes delicious. Inspired by our original Spiced Rum from the Rum and Crab Shack in St. Ives, Cornwall, it is a rum crafted with the sweet notes of roasted and candied pineapple. Well balanced with hints of soft brown sugar and nutmeg colliding with a whiff of aniseed and lime zest. Dead Man's Fingers took a spiced rum, looked at what everyone else was doing, then did the opposite. Cornish saffron cake and a suggestion of Pedro Ximénez ice cream - not what you’d usually expect to find in rum.

KANKUN Mexican Sauces uses a secret recipe guarded fervently by generations of grandmas, aunties, and mamas from the Cardenas family. The steaming hot kitchens were full of stories, gossip and laughter, and little Rolando soaked up the tricks and secrets of the sauces. He then replicated them a thousand times until they were as good as those from his childhood.

This unique set of stoneware coffee cups are handmade by veteran potter Gerry Grant at Fangfoss Pottery, one of the leading studio potteries in the North of England.

All their pots are individually handmade and finished using glazes prepared at the pottery.  They are fired to 1,280  degrees C in a gas kiln which produces unusual effects and colours in the glazes.  

Their pots are ovenproof, dishwasher proof and microwave safe.
