Last year, I embarked on a charitable journey and, along with my team at Operum.Tech, successfully raised over £3,000 for the Children of Ukraine.
Building on this accomplishment, my new goal is to complete 12 marathons in 12 months, each dedicated to different causes.
For this month's marathon that will take place on Sat 25th Nov 2023 @ Bury Saint Edmunds, United Kingdom, I have chosen to support Duffus Community Foundation.
They aim to make a positive difference in young people's wellbeing through various activities. This includes media projects that empower young individuals to create short films about their local community or topics important to them, opportunities for podcast creation, and a well-being program that equips them with essential tools to navigate life's challenges. Additionally, the foundation offers one-on-one mentoring sessions both within the local community and in schools. Their youth workers provide vital support through lending a listening ear, offering advice and guidance, and facilitating access to recreational activities.
