The Pagabo Foundation Team ( No more Gears Left to Try ) are taking on the gruelling challenge on 19th - 22rd September 2024 and are cycling 500 miles over three days in the Extra Mile Challenges https://www.extra-mile.org.uk/route/. They are committed to raising funds to support The Pagabo Foundation https://pagabofoundation.org.uk/ so it can continue to raise Mental Health awareness in the construction industry.

Mental health awareness has made great strides in recent years, but there is a still a way to go in improving the awareness and acceptance within the construction industry. Through the Pagabo Foundation we aim to raise awareness and make funds available to support those working in the industry who need it.

Val de Loire Challenge 2024 from Extra Mile Challenges

This year's Extra Mile Challenge is the Val de Loire Challenge.

Teams of 4 cyclists will cycle, in relay, 500 miles on 20-22 September in the region of the Loire valley in France. Much of the Loire valley may be just undulating but over the 3 days, total elevations of about 22,000ft willl be cycled. The effort involved will be worthy of your financial donation. The cyclists will enjoy roads with low levels of traffic, few potholes and amazing scenery.
