Hi Everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to visit my page.

As I have become increasingly lazy over the last couple of years, I have decided it's a good time to start training and run a 10k in loving memory of my wonderful friend Sophie who passed away in 2019.

All donations will go to a charity that was close to Soph's heart, Orphans in the Wild. Orphans in the Wild brings hope and love to the families of Mufindi, Tanzania, devastated by HIV & Aids. The charity gives practical help and loving care to the most needy and vulnerable children in the community of 16 villages in the remote area of Mufindi in Tanzania.

Anything you are able to donate would be hugely appreciated.
