Help Animals

Rescuers and Rehabbers Resources hub

Animal welfare establishments in the UK do amazing work, but they face many challenges managing the admin burden alongside caring for animals.

OVFAUK  currently  host a suite of templates &  guides  in our Library.  Our standards have been benchmarked against the  Wales code of best practice for Animal Welfare.  However the library is time consuming & not easy for everyone to navigate

We are fundraising to create a resource portal for animal welfare establishments in the UK. This portal will bring together all of the essential resources in one place, making it easy for volunteers and staff to find what they need.

The portal will include

* All the templates , help cards and guides we have in our current library - in a much easier to access format

* Links to trusted sources including charities commissions, fundraising regulator, Health and Safety executive, Defra

*  Peer advice on banking & insurance

* Training resources and links

* Fundraising

* Networking opportunities

Who will benefit?

Any of the thousands of animal welfare establishment in the UK can benefit - including One Voice for Animals UK current and future members

How you can help

We are asking for your help to make this project a reality. Your donation will help us to create a resource portal that will benefit animals and the people who care for them.

Please donate today and help us make a difference for animals in need.

Thank you for your support!

One Voice for Animals UK

One Voice for Animals UK Set up in April 2020 in response to the terrible impact Covid-19 was having on the UK's Animal Rescues, hospitals and Sanctuaries. We now have close to 300 organisations on our database Our Vision A future where every animal that needs rescue, rehabilitation or rehoming - gets that chance. Our Mission For UK animal rescue centres, hospitals and sanctuaries to: * Be recognised and valued for what they do for UK Animal Welfare. * Have the tools they need to thrive in a digital age. * Have the funds they need to operate. * Be part of a supportive network. * Have a platform to campaign on issues that cause harm to animals. For the Public to: * Have a place to go to find rescues who need support near them - on our website https://www.helpanimals.co.uk In August 2020 we became an unincorporated association with an elected committee. A copy of our Constitution is available in the files section of our Facebook group and in the One Voice library.
