"Shukran" is a book of Syrian recipes for the people of Sussex. It has been compiled by Village of Sanctuary to support Syrian refugees both here and wherever they are in need, using contributions from some who have now settled here among us as well as one or two from supportive chefs. Once direct costs have been covered every penny made by sales will go to refugee support. Just £10 plus postage per copy.
