Rosemary Shrager - the renowned British chef, television personality and author will be holding a cookery demonstration and Q&A at JLR Southampton in aid of Hendy Foundation.

Driven by Flavour is the theme of the evening with a limited number of tickets available at £40 each with proceeds to Hendy Foundation which supports charities and good causes in the south.

Guests will be able to sample five canapes created by Rosemary:

• Salmon ceviche tartlets with crispy plantain

• Steak tartar bites

• Soft rolls with nuoc cham dressing (VG)

• Quail egg shooters

• Gruyere gougeres (V)

Hendy Foundation was set up in 2019. We are a dedicated charity that provides grants to local projects, people, events and charitable organisations. We are committed to supporting local charities and organisations that are helping make a difference to people's lives in the areas in which Hendy Group dealerships are located, from Devon through to Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey and Kent.
