The Ark Synagogue, the working name of Northwood and Pinner Liberal Synagogue (NPLS), is a Liberal Synagogue that thrives on local members, delights in those who live further away, and welcomes anyone who wants to dip their toes into our spiritual waters. We place belonging and communal prayer, care and shared Jewish experience at our heart.

From Care to Education Support The Ark Synagogue with a donation

Whether you want to mark a special occasion (such as a bar/bat mitzvah, wedding, funeral or yahrzeit), thank the community for giving pastoral care, or help the community generally, there are many aspects of our synagogue to which you can designate your donation to the Northwood and Pinner Liberal Synagogue (The Ark Synagogue).

General Fund - Donating to the general fund allows the synagogue board to determine where the money is spent

Rabbis' Discretionary Fund - For causes which the rabbis feel meet the needs of the community

Bereavement Fund - Support the training of volunteers and the work of our award-winning Bereavement Support Group

Care Fund - Support the work of our award-winning Care Team in providing a range of support to our members

William Walford-Grant Education Fund - Help provide grants for young people to benefit from educational experiences in Britain, Israel and other countries

Czech and Slovak Fund - Help the newly-emerging congregations in the Czech and Slovak republics and support activities aiding our historical research into our Torah towns

Ukraine - Lviv and Lutsk Fund - Help support our twin Teiva Congregation in Lviv, Ukraine
