We run 2 monthly meetings  1. Any adult who has a sibling living with (or had previously lived with) a mental illness. Whether a registered or informal carer, worried and/or advocating for them, this group is a space within which to talk about emotions, feelings 2. Our Bereaved By Suicide walk and talk peer support group meets monthly and is aimed at ANYONE – not just siblings - who have been bereaved by suicide. This type of brutal grief often brings up its own unique and complicated emotions. 3. Our online platform allows anyone who is a concerned family or friend and those who are carers (not limited to siblings) to access advice and information on how to stay well during times of crisis and practical help for their loved ones. 4. Virtual peer support groups for those unable to attend in person have been a key way for us to keep our meetings going during COVID or living far away. What makes us different? Sibling Link is a FREE resource facilitated by volunteers (two co-founders) run with love and passion!
