About

Last year we helped approximately 850 animals.  The majority of them were admitted to our hospital for life-saving treatment.  We took in

  • Foxes - injured adult foxes and many orphaned fox cubs
  • Deer - sadly often the victims of road traffic accidents for 
  • Owls  - several emaciated and dehydrated
  • Garden birds - either orphaned or injured (usually catted)
  • Corvids - as with owls often emaciated and dehydrated
  • Hedgehogs - orphaned or injured (strimmer accidents!)
  • and so many more
    But the number of animals we can help at any time is determined by the amount of funds we have to feed and house them and to pay for their veterinary care and so we are often in need of help to cover these costs.  If you can help with a donation, however small, we really would be so grateful.  It is heart-breaking having to turn away an injured animal because we don't have the funds to pay thier vets bill.

Supporting

Vets and Meds from Ren's rescue

Normally by October, the rate of admissions to the Hospital has dropped significantly, this year they haven't.  As a result, we need help to cover the cost of our vet's bills and the medication that is essential to saving the animals that desperately need our help.

Currently the medication account is £1200 overdrawn and we'd be so grateful for any help you can give to clear it off so that we can start 2024 with a clean slate.
