Hope Orphanage in Makeni, Sierra Leone was founded by Sesay Abdul 'Uncle' Rashid in response to the vast number of homeless children that were orphaned and left on the streets, following the devastation left behind by Ebola, without any care or protection, in danger of abuse, victimisation, starvation, disease...
Hope Orphanage houses, cares for, feeds and supports the health and education (neither of which are free in Sierra Leone) for 74 orphan girls that have no public or other source of funding.
They wish they could help more street kids. We hope we can help make that happen eventually.
Please donate if you can, to help Hope Orphanage and the Girls!
