We are very lucky to be a part of the Leeds Bear Hunt – a public art trail around Leeds which will take place this summer.
The Bear Hunt is raising money for Leeds Hospitals Charity, and we at People in Action will be raising funds for this charity through this process.
Our arts classes Design it Yourself and Tuesday Craft Club have applied to have a bear that represents their groups and People in Action as a whole.
The members of the groups will be decorating the bear over the next few weeks, which will eventually be a part of the trail this summer.
We want to raise at least £750 for 𝗟𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 and we will be having events, competitions and sponsorship to raise money for this amazing charity.
All of the money donated and raised will go to 𝗟𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 and will allow People in Action to be represented in the Bear Hunt arts trail with our baby bear cub.
