Louise Frances Walsh died on 24th August 2023, aged 50, after a very sudden brain haemorrhage.

Louise was a beautiful and extraordinary wife, mother, daughter, sister, and aunt. She was also a wonderful friend to all who met her regardless of whether they were lifelong friends or acquaintances that passed through her life for just a short time.

There are no words to truly express how utterly phenomenal she was and no words that can sum up how much we will feel her lack of presence in our lives.

Olivia Inspires

Olivia Inspires was set up to allow the spirit of New Forest student, Olivia Burt to live on after her tragic death in 2018, by helping young people to achieve their potential. Olivia Inspires assists young people aged 11 to 18 years, who live in or are educated in the New Forest District Council area and who are facing financial hardship. The charity awards grants, normally no more than £500, to provide items or services to enable them to develop their potential in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics), the arts and sport. The applicant might need funding for a course that will change their life; they may need to buy sports equipment: pay for music lessons: or go on a school trip to the theatre. Whatever it is, Olivia Inspires is there to support them.
