Code of Fundraising Practice

We are registered and part of the Fundraising Regulator and Cyber Essentials Certified. The Code of Fundraising Practice sets the standards that apply to good fundraising carried out by all charitable institutions and third party fundraisers in the UK. We are committed to fundraising in line with the Code of Fundraising Practice in a way that is legal, open, honest and respectful.

Pricing

There are no setup fees or monthly charges. We only charge a transaction fee, so you pay only when you generate income.

  • No setup fees or monthly charges
  • 1.75% for donations, fundraisers, teams and in-memory, and 2.75% for everything else (e.g., events, raffles, shops, auctions) 
  • Payments in cash, cheque and bank transfer are free
  • Gift Aid is reclaimed for free
  • Plus a payment processing fee of 0.85% plus 8p for Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card and debit card, 25p for Direct Debit and 1.4% plus 20p for PayPal
