There are no setup fees, no monthly charges, and no unwanted donor tipping. You only pay a small platform fee – so costs apply only when you raise funds.

Low platform fees that protect your income - 1.75% on donations, fundraisers, team pages and in-memory gifts; 2.75% on events, raffles, shops, auctions and other paid activity.

Accept offline payments for free - cash, cheque and bank transfers processed at no charge.

Maximise donations with free Gift Aid reclaim - we reclaim at no cost and settle on your chosen schedule (daily to quarterly).

Control your cashflow - choose flexible payouts; daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly or ad-hoc.

†A payment processing fee applies, charged by our payment processors: 0.85% + 8p for Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit, and debit cards; 22p for Direct Debit; 1.4% + 20p for PayPal.
VAT at 20% applies to the 2.75% platform fee where the underlying transaction is subject to VAT. Platform fees relating to donations and memberships are VAT-exempt because those transactions are not subject to VAT. For more information, see 'How VAT affects charities' for further information.
